SUMMARY

Under basic supervision, is responsible for the oversight of ADAPT MPS, an affiliate of ADAPT Community Network, to ensure adherence with Medicaid, Medicare, and other payors requirements. Supervises the performance of all staff. Responsible for growth of business through marketing, outreach and expanding connections with new patients and ongoing recruitment of new providers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of the MPS Clinical Director will be dictated by internal priorities and may vary over time. Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Supervision of all staff including ensuring that staff complete roles as assigned by job description to maintain clear division of who is primarily responsible for each part of the operation
  • Ensures end-to-end Hiring Process for New Clinicians
  • Responsible for interface with Human Resources Department in the handling of new hires, terminations, pay changes, title change and performance issues.
  • Ensures compliance with all standards of practice.
  • Create and maintain Quality Assurance Process.
  • Develops feedback mechanism for patients and other agencies to evaluate the quality of care and a plan of correction for all areas of concern raised through this mechanism.
  • Ensure appropriate clinical supervision for all dependent practitioners.
  • Ensures that Director of Mental Health Services and Director of Rehabilitation Services maintain and updates process for developing plans of care and clinical note requirements.
  • Administrative supervision of clinical supervisors
  • Facilitates and maintains relationship with billing company and EHR vendor. Is key person responsible for successful resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Interface regularly with the finance staff to track units of services delivered, clinician productivity, paying bills, keeping accounts current, issues related to payment and accessing GL information.
  • Liases with marketing team on social media content and website content.
  • Executes Marketing and Outreach.
  • In collaboration with Director of Business Operations, analyze data to continue to develop strategies for New Business Opportunities and growth of practice as defined with in business plan
  • Investigates complaints and concerns as appropriate.
  • Helps to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in the use of a personal computer and appropriate software.
  • Good interpersonal skills are necessary to interact effectively with coworkers, individuals served, employees, parents, and outside contacts.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of experience in Healthcare Administration

COMPENSATION: $95,000-$105,000 Annually & Industry-Leading Benefits!
